“I can't get "My Display" to work. Have uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times but keep getting the message that says it has stopped working and windows will look for an answer. No answer, no "My Display". Can anyone help me with this problem?”

I had the same issue. Try your graphics card settings. I went into my NVIDIA drivers and was able to activate the display port. It was a pain. I was about to return the monitor thinking it was defective. Good luck.
