• yes. go to nvidia control. make sure you have an HDMI 2.0 cable and that the computer supports HDMI 2.0 for it to work. I am using an HP 15t-bc000 laptop and it works perfectly.

• Yes. Go to display settings and turn on 144 hz. I believe the monitor came with an hdmi capable of running 144hz
