Yes, it is designed for gaming and has a great display of color. The 144hz is the refresh rate of the monitor, which will give you crisp motion, without any blur almost whatsoever. You do have to activate the 144hz though, as the monitors resolution is standard at 60hz. This is done in the display settings. This monitor was also designed to be run on an AMD Cpu, but is compatible with NVIDIA as well.

It has great resolution (which is what I assume you mean by graphics). 144hz refresh rate means that it will be able to render games up to that speed depending on your in game settings. (It does make a difference in my opinion). It also has 1ms of latency meaning there is only 1 ms difference between what happens in game and what is shown on screen, so it’s basically no lag from game to display.
