• Yes, the HP Omen 25 supports Freesync. The HP Omen 27, on the other hand, supports G-Sync, an alternative to Freesync that requires NVIDIA GPUs to work.

• Yes, I have this monitor and can confirm it does have "Gaming - FreeSync" Viewing Mode.

• I would have to say, no. Typically, such features are advertised explicitly enough to where you'd know, but for under $300, don't count on it.
