“If I purchased this computer, could I use a Windows 8.1 disk to down grade from windows 10? I'm not a Gamer but I need a good rig for graphics design. Don't like what I have read about Windows 10.”

Why would you downgrade to 8.1? Windows 95 is better then 8.1. Stay with 10 and don't think about going backwards.
