Questionthis omron 10 series is auto volt in AC plug in.

- Answer Yes, as you can see along the plug, 100V-240V which means you can bring the product anywhere or to some countries with 240V AC, for example: Japan has 100V AC, United States has 110-120V, Philippines has 240V, Europe and some other countries has 220V-240V, therefore pretty sure it's auto volt.

- Answer Ideally sitting in a chair with your arm resting on a dining table or desk but having your body relaxed with the cuff on your left arm and not moving during the reading is the most important part of getting an accurate reading.

- Answer I agree that the cuff is rather small, which is unlike the Omrom original cuffs I have had in the past. This is one way to reduce cost for the company, apparently. You can buy a larger cuff separately I believe. Check on the Omrom website, then see if the larger cuff (NOT the D-Ring cuff) is offered on Amazon!
