I read it right off and jot it on a sheet of paper, or enter it into my iphone health app. It's an extra step, but such a tiny one I don't mind. And it has the bonus of not exposing your private information to the company, and whoever they decide to share it with.

Q: QuestionCan I integrate Omron BP with Samsung Health app? It allows for tracking of many health items. I doubt there is a way other than manual input but I wanted to ask. Thank You Aj Broome

• A:Answer I just paired my Omron - Evolv BP7000 with Samsung Health app, thanks to the great video tutorial named Samsung Health - A&D UA-651BLE - Blood Pressure Monitor. They used a different Omron model, but it worked exactly the same way with my monitor. I'm so happy I found it! The reason I connected my monitor to Samsung Health app is that I wasn't able to find the "Omron connect US/Can" app in the Google Play Store but I did read many bad reviews about that official app anyway. Samsung Health app works perfectly for Omron - Evolv. Good luck!

• A:Answer The size is very comfortable, it's not that big. It's the normal size of a cuff if you went to the doctor's office. It will give you your reading for every use, the app just tracks everything, you don't have to use the Bluetooth if you don't want to. You will not regret the purchase.

• A:Answer It is meant to be used on the upper arm. Theoretically, you can use it on the lower arm also, but make sure you elevate the lower arm to your heart level otherwise you will get falsely high readings (You will get lower readings if the location where the blood pressure is being measured is higher than your heart level). There is only one cuff size. So, if your arm circumference is more than 17 inches, this unit is not for you. Hope it helps. Best wishes.
