• This cuff fits my arm and my Husband’s who’s arm is 17.5in.. hope that helps!

• The Wide Range ComFit Cuff fits arms 9" to 17" in circumference.

• If your upper arm circumference measured in the middle of your upper arm is greater than 17 inches, this unit is not for you. You may want to consider a manual device such as ADC prosphyg 790 with a large cuff.
