Yes the Evolv is FSA eligible. I wasn’t able to use my FSA card at checkout, possibly because Best Buy is primarily an electronics store. I had to upload my detailed receipt to the website of the company that processes the claims for reimbursement.

Check with your plan administrator to be sure, but my understanding is that it is not.
