No. Not only would that be uncomfortable and restrictive the correlated numbers that define normal or abnormal blood pressure must be done after a 5 minute sitting rest period.

Normally, blood pressure should be taken while sitting up straight, left arm bent and laying on a table AND resting for 5 minute before taken a measurement. Otherwise, reading will be highly inaccurate. During stress test, blood pressure is measured while performing some activity, but that's way outside the scope of taken your own blood pressure. You must rest and be still while taken blood pressure measurement to get proper results.
