- Answer Yes it works with Verizon. It also has warranty from OnePlus, this doesn't cover accidental damages tho, you will have to buy an insurance plan separately. Contact Verizon to see if they have one available.

- Answer Yes it is new unless you buy open box. Once you've bought the phone you can create an account with OnePlus to register your device for warranty.
