“Does this reciever upscale all inputs to 4K or just the HDMI inputs I have heard other receiver's only upgrade HDMI to 4K they don't upgrade other inputs”

• It does not upscale any inputs to 4K it only passes through.

• It is supposed to but I am concerned because it links sound to HDMI video quaility. If it can verify I good video sign, it will not play sound which is junk

• This will not upscale HDMI to 4K. It will only upgrade component and composite to HDMI 1080P is my understanding.
