However I would recommend reconnecting the speaker cables and then testing the Onkyo Receiver on a radio station, and see if the speakers work.
If this is successful, start connecting audio cables for each peripheral component (i.e. television, CD player, gaming device etc.)
NOTE: Hook up and test one peripheral component at a time.
The quick checks are as followed if Onkyo Receiver is fully connected and problem still exist:
- Check your speaker cable connections and ensure they are correctly connected
- Check RCA output to input connections and ensure that they are correctly connected
- Check to see if optical cable (if used) got disconnected by mistake.
