QuestionHow do I get back to set the ohm load of my front speakers. Switching from 8 to 4 ohm on front left/right. It popped up in initial setup. I want to get back there to make the change. Can’t seem to find fit in settings.

- Answer You can access this setting through the main setting menu. (Not the quick menu.) If arc is setup with your tv then the menu options will be displayed there. Not in front of mine now to list the option route.

QuestionI hooked my blu ray player to the receiver..I get video..but no sound...how can I get the sound to work with my blu ray player through the receiver? My TV is hooked to my computer..I don't have cable.. just ethernet..My TV sound works through my receiver.

QuestionWhen I turn off the receiver and then turn it back on, i get sound but no picture from any of the HDMI inputs. I have to unplug the HDMI cable from the receiver to the projector and plug it back in to get the picture. Any fix for this issue???

- Answer This receiver does not support the Dolby ATMOS codec. Perhaps you should look at the Onkyo Model:TX-SR393 which supports ATMOS.

QuestionWhy must the volume be turned so much higher for Bluetooth than for the CD player?

- Answer The level of the source (input) is at different levels (volume) coming into the receiver's amplifier circuits and therefore require adjustment of the master volume control to be at the same sound pressure level. This is not a defect. Your Bluetooth signal is obviously weaker. You may be able to increase the volume on your Bluetooth device to even up the volume setting between your CD player and Bluetooth levels.

- Answer Make sure you choose the right listening mode. There are Direct, Stereo, Surr and DSP listed on the remote. Changing these should affect what audio is coming through to the receiver.

- Answer Make sure subwoofer is turned on on the set up menu of the receiver setting up the speakers.
