• Hello Armin, To be sure, you are mentioning that the speakers are 100 watts at 8 ohms? If the speakers are those specs then yes, the TXSR494 is compatible to work with those speakers. The TXSR494 is rated at 80 watts per channel at 8ohms. Thank you Onkyo
