A:Answer I think you can blue tooth to a cellphone, not sure about a bundle of cell phones (I am doing neither). Definitely will not work if your internet is down; but you can either net connect (hard wire) to your router and shut off the wifi if that is your goal. If power is out or internet is down, this unit will be down as it works across the internet.
