You should ask Ooma, but I'm quite sure the answer is "no". An old rotary phone most likely won't even have a bridge rectifier to keep you from frying it by connecting it backwards or a modular connector.

Please try again later.not certain, but i think it will as long as your phone jack is normal. ooma has an electrical connection, a connector to a modem or router and a phone jack receptical where the phone jack can be connected. i bet the ooma setup pamphlet is available on line. the ooma chat is also excellent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe. You just have to be able to connect the phone to the device with an rj 11 phone cord- just a regular phone cord. So it will work with a Rogers dial phone. It will not work with a phone that is hard wired into the house. Good luck!
