“The expected laser life is estimated ate 30,000 hours or 10 years at 8 hours a day usage. Why do you only warranty the laser for 40 percent (12,000) and 1/2 life (5 years) expectancy? What is the current average cost for a replacement laser no labor?”

The laser warranty is designed to be a fair balance between protecting consumers and providing a reasonable warranty period for the manufacturer. We believe that a warranty period of 12,000 hours or 5 years is sufficient to protect most consumers from manufacturing defects.
