A:AnswerYes I’m about 75 miles from Atlanta. I’m happy with the service especially compared to my last provers monthly rate. My picture quality has gone up.
A:AnswerThe most you can pay is 69 a mo. That's for everything in the 50 package and starz and epix and DVR. and it doesn't matter how many boxes you have.
A:AnswerNo. You go to the Orby TV site to schedule installation after you buy the receiver(s). It's just $25 for the first room. $50 for each additional room.
A:AnswerYou can. I think it costs an extra $50 for the installer to do a pole mount, though. But install for the first box is only $25 right now so you'd be out $75. Still pretty reasonable.
A:AnswerIf I were you I would just pay for a professional install. Right now it is only $25 for a new customer and they bring the dish out. If you bought a self install kit it would cost you at least $50.
It does have to be their dish.
A:AnswerNo. You have to use the enclosed roof antenna and grab them over the air, but they integrate well in the receiver, and you can record them in the DVR. If you don't have good over the air reception you can grab your locals via the internet with de Locast app.
A:AnswerThe over the air antenna that they mounted to the ORBY satellite mast is the one responsible for my free over the air local channels. That antenna part alone better than doubled my flat indoor antenna channels. Your mileage may vary depending on your location. The satellite dish portion of the ORBY setup only brings in the 41+ or 66+ satellite networks. Thank you ORBY tv for better than tripling my local stations compared to my old previous pay tv service.
A:AnswerNo, If the other dish is a Dish Network, Voom, Directv/AT&T or Primestar. Yes, If it’s an old school C-band dish, Glorystar or free to air dish. You will need a compatible linear Ku band lnbf and your dish will need to be positioned for the ORBY TV satellite. The outside Uhf-Vhf local antenna can be an ok to excellent choice when used with your ORBY Tv dvr or basic receiver.
A:AnswerAs long as the technician ran the service to that room. When I did my install, I connected the service in two rooms just in case I need it in the another room although I haven’t purchased the extra receiver.
