QuestionTrying to find replacement gear coupling for my MyBlend (# BLSTPB-WBL-000). The plastic part fits on the base motor unit and has fins that mesh with the blade housing of the bottle. A year ago, I could not find one. Does anyone have them now?

QuestionI got one Oster Personal Blender BLSTPB and I need to use it in Argentina, where there are 220 volts AC. I will use a transformer 220>110 V, can you tell me how much watts must be the transformer design? Regards

- Answer All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage or the use of a converter, transformer or other electronic device with our product. Converting the electricity may compromise the functionality of the product. Additionally, doing so will void your warranty. Thanks!

- Answer Mine crushes ice just fine. There are still little bits of ice in my smoothie, but I like it like that. I've had mine for 4.5 years.
