• Mine crushes ice just fine. There are still little bits of ice in my smoothie, but I like it like that. I've had mine for 4.5 years.

• This blender will crush ice easily. This is not a portable blender, so you will need to blend near an outlet. After blending, you simply unscrew the blade attachment and use the lid that comes with it and take the bottle on the go.
