Yes it will for perfectly.. I got mine direct from Otterbox, both case and alpha glass.. Otterbox designed them specifically for each other..

The note8 defender does not have a screen protector like previous otterbox cases.

There is a built in screen cover for the otterbox defender case, you don't need to purchase another separate screen cover if you have a built in one. Having 2 screen protectors may be difficult to use your phone's touch screen.
