“Is there a warranty on the case? The bottom hard plastic between the charging port and the headphone port broke after about 9 months. The case is still functional but the flaps that cover those ports don't stay in place.”

It comes with a one year warranty through OtterBox. Cosmetic damage is not typically covered. You can find out more and possibly place a claim, here: https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/warranty-claim.

Yes. Otter Box has a lifetime warranty. Call them & they'll send you a new one for free. You have to pay shipping which is minimal compared to purchasing a new case.

I think it has a one year warranty. Had to contact otterbox about a cracked case a few years ago. No problem getting a replacement.
