• Yes it is. And it is a swivel type, so you can wear it vertically or horizontally.

• Yes it is. You can also purchase them separately as well, though I'm not sure if you can from BB. I will say the clip part that holds the phone into the holster can be kinda flimsy. Our guys at work have broken about 3 of the holsters within a 1.5 year span, but they're also using them a lot.

• yes it is - I guess that depends on the model purchased, but the holster was included with my product SKEW.
