Please try again later.We purchased a 10 Watt wireless charger for around $24 for our new Samsung S9 - We set the phone on it - Sometimes the phone was charging and most times not. We returned it and purchased a 5 Watt simple ANKER Wireless Charging Pad. It works great. It also has a blue lite on the bottom indicating it is charging the phone. We are retired so we don't need a faster charging Pad. The case may be left ON when charging but the phone should be set to the home page screen to charge. Not open to any emails or applications.
