• I put mine in my back pocket all the time with no issues. In and out, no problem.

• Although I rarely put it in my pocket (I always use the holster), the rubber portion of the case is to keep germs off of it... Somehow. I have put it in my pocket on the rare occasion, but had no problems putting it in or removing it from my pocket.
