Yes requires a seperate screen protector. Does not come with a screen protector.

Yes, you do have to purchase a screen cover seperately. But it is well pay for it self. TRUSTED ME.

Mine did not come with a screen saver. I am actually okay with this as my old phone lasted 5 years and my screen protector was a part of the Otterbox, so I would have had to buy a whole new box if I wanted to have a non-scratched screen. This way, I can just replace the screen.
