• No it does not. I added a screen protector and this case does not interfere with it. Highly recommend this case

• No screen protector. I have been told that the phone’s screen is made from a new material that is very strong. I hope that turns out to be true.

• No it doesn’t Marine. I ordered mine from Otter Box as I never received an answer despite the emails from Best Buy saying otherwise. It is extremely difficult to access the mute button which I need to do frequently. You will have to have strong medium length nails or as it was suggested to me, use a Bobbi pin. The person I chatted with on their site has the regular Defender and has issues with accessing the mute button as well. I did put on a Zagg InvisibleShield glass protector which I purchased at Best Buy. Thank you so very much for your service!
