• Yes, it does extend out and offers decent protection. It didn’t come with the clip but you can order one

• It has the notches for the belt clip on. Though this product in particular was the case solo, no clip.

• Yes it does extend past the cameras. When you buy the case it does not have a belt clip but it comes with a free case voucher inside the box if you order it from OtterBox site. It is completely free and only took about a week to arrive in the mail.

• yes it bumps out a little. no belt clip included with mine. can't get my phone into it, might return.

• Not sure about the camera bump but Otterbox does make a belt clip for the Defender case.
