“Will this work with my Iphone X I am not sure what the max is?”

It will work with any pop socket which can be installed on any make of phone

OtterBox offers this case for different models. The XS Max is one of the newest iPhones. If you’re phone is an X this will be too big for it.

no, the x is the smaller and will not fit the same as an xr or xs max etc.

No this case in particular is for the iphone xs MAX a slightly bigger version.

I have an iPhone XS Max. The Max is the larger version. The box will tell you which phone it fits.
