“I purchased the Symmetry Clear case for my Iphone 12 Pro, but cannot find out how to put it on. It does not just slip on and it says easy on/off. It does not go on”

• It just snaps into the case. It snaps kinda hard. I started with one of the top corners and worked around.

• There should be directions with the case. I didn’t put this case on but, it only took the Guy at Best Buy less than 10 min to glue the glass on and slip the case on.
