They both have charging ports in the center, but the iPhone 6 has one speaker and a headphone jack, while the iPhone 7 has two speakers and no headphone jack. I don't think that the opening in this case for the second speaker is big enough to allow access to the headphone jack. Also, the camera on the iPhone 7 is a bit larger, so while it shouldn't be a problem, the camera opening on the case would be larger than necessary. The best way is to try it on your iPhone 6 and see how you like it. Hope this helps!
