I just received the item a couple weeks ago so I can't say if it will yellow or not. It hasn't as yet. Smudge proof yes.

I have not had mine long to tell if it will have yellowing issues, but it is not smudge proof.

I haven't had mine long enough to say about yellowing. I don't see smudges at all. Very pretty and so sparkly. You can still see the color of the phone through it. Very happy,!

After about a month I've noticed no yellowing. While not "smudge proof", I rarely notice smudging. Seems to hide them pretty well.

Yes, over time it will turn yellow. I usually change cases once it starts to turn.
