- Answer Yes, the neck is reasonably flexible. There is a "but" the weighed base is designed for normal use and if extended in the other manner could tilt over. Raise neck vertical and tilt head back for a upward reflection.

- Answer This is an integrated LED therefore it cannot be replaced. The integrated bulb is rated for up 40K hours of use so it will last for years.
