Yes - for night vision / video purposes.  It does NOT have a built in light for like lighting up an area as a security light, if that is what you are asking…

The Ring Outdoor Cam Plus has features such as 2K Video, Advanced Motion Detection with Customizable Motion Zones, 160° Diagonal, 140° Horizontal, 80° Vertical field of view, Two-way Talk with Noise Cancellation, and a Remote-activated security siren.
