Will it work with a 2019 F150? null

This will work for connecting a line output converter to a non-amplified factory audio system in a 2019 F-150. It will not work on models that came with a factory amplifier.

Not sure, check out the information on YouTube, I know that there are a couple of reality good videos on the F150. Sorry can't help you with the information.
