- Answer No there is a cheaper harness you can get as well that doesn’t have the steering wheel adapter piece in it. I believe beat buy sells it for like $70

- Answer Yes, this radio offers the steering wheel control, but it's an extra $70 for the part, plus an extra $50 install just for the steering wheel control. I passed on that option. Sucks, because I thought it was included in the free install.

QuestionJust had this installed in my 2013 Impala. Now the My Chevy App won’t connect to the vehicle but the Onstar is working fine. Is there something additional needed to make it connect? Thank You

- Answer The vehicle is actually connected to the My Chevy app now. Best Buy was incorrect in telling me it wouldn’t work with an aftermarket stereo.

- Answer String wheel controls and everything else will be retained except rear LCD screen if your vehicle comes with a entertainment system.
