QuestionInstalled a Sony AX-4000 head with the PAC interface. Once the Radio is invoked I have to Mute the sound to silence the Radio. Radio still switched ON between auto trips. Does anything in the PAC interface control the power to the radio?

- Answer Unfortunately, this radio replacement interface has not been confirmed in that truck. The PAC Audio LCGM51 interface will work in trucks that have a factory IO5 or IO6 radio RPO code though.

- Answer This interface is used when replacing the factory radio with an aftermarket radio, and will not work for what you are trying to do, unfortunately.

- Answer Unfortunately, this radio replacement interface will not work in a 2005 Cadillac Deville. You would need an OS-2GM32X radio replacement interface for that vehicle.

- Answer Unfortunately, this will not work on a 2018 Cadillac XT5. Please see an associate at a local store to go over audio upgrade options for that specific vehicle.

Question2012 yukon. Can't lower Onstar volume or notification volume. Radio volume controls work fine.

- Answer Depending on the revision of the interface you are using, the volume will be adjusted in different ways. Please call our technical support team and they will walk you thru OnStar volume level adjustment based on your specific vehicle and module revision. The number is 727-592-5992.
