• A:Answer Any settings done in the factory radio will be retained after replacing it with the RP5-GM51 and your aftermarket radio. However, if you wish to modify the personal settings you would either need to reinstall the factory radio to do so, or purchase the PAC-UP interface updater and leave it connected in the truck, and use a laptop with the PAC-Audio Vehicle Settings App to change them

• A:Answer This is me answering my own questions after purchase. Yes, it does work with Bose, it has warning chimes & steering wheel controls. You WILL have to buy the antenna harness separately (does not come with).

We had to re schedule the whole installation and We have to wait an other 3 weeks to get it fixed. Just for something interesting ....the stereo what Best Buy sold us is not a right fit to the GMC so we need to figure something out .

Q: QuestionI have a 2015 Chev Silverado with the WT (Work Truck Trim). It does not have OnStar nor any radio buttons on the steering wheel. I assume I don't need to also purchase the PAC Radio Replacement kit, correct?

• A:Answer Although you would not need this level of radio replacement module, you would still need one to provide accessory power and keep the data bus intact. Depending on the factory radio screen size, you would need either the LCGM51 or LCGM52.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, this radio replacement interface has not been confirmed in that truck. The PAC Audio LCGM51 interface will work in trucks that have a factory IO5 or IO6 radio RPO code though.
