Hi and thank you for your patience! The biggest difference between the two models you are inquiring about is the initial release year for the models and the design. The NN-SN67HS was initially released in 2017 while the NN-SN66QS was released in 2024. Both of the models use the same cooking power and have the same dimensions. The NN-SN66QS has a coffee/milk quick function that the other microwave model does not. The rest of the microwave features are very similar and have the same pre-programmed options. Please note that none of our microwave models have fingerprint resistant surfaces. We hope this information will be useful! - S
