Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the NN- SN-66QS and NN-SN67HS and do they both have fingerprint resistance surfaces?

• A:Answer Hi and thank you for your patience! The biggest difference between the two models you are inquiring about is the initial release year for the models and the design. The NN-SN67HS was initially released in 2017 while the NN-SN66QS was released in 2024. Both of the models use the same cooking power and have the same dimensions. The NN-SN66QS has a coffee/milk quick function that the other microwave model does not. The rest of the microwave features are very similar and have the same pre-programmed options. Please note that none of our microwave models have fingerprint resistant surfaces. We hope this information will be useful! - S

Q: QuestionThe diameter of the turntable (16.5 in.) is larger than the depth (15.8 in.) of this microwave. Is the turntable really 16.5 in? Another Panasonic 1.2 cu. ft. model has a 13-in. diameter turntable, and the depth of that microwave is about 17 in.

You can turn off the beep sound by pressing Start once, then pressing Timer (More) to cycle between Beep On and Beep off and then press Stop/Reset to confirm your choice. These steps have to be performed during the initial setup process. We would advise unplugging the microwave for 5 minutes and perform the initial setup when you plug it back in. Hope this helps! - S
