QuestionI have 2 issues with this. When it is on it is extremely loud. We can hear throughout the house. Sensor reheat literally burns the food. Last night when the timer read 3:00 minutes left the food was already burnt.

QuestionHow do you release the door to open?

- Answer It might be on lock-out mode, which is the mfg default. Instructions to unlock were on the label attached to the door. Mine said you hit "0" to unlock, or you can deactivate the safety lock function by hitting "defrost, timer, popcorn" buttons
