• Hello! You can turn off the beep sound by pressing Start once, then pressing Timer (More) to cycle between Beep On and Beep off and then press Stop/Reset to confirm your choice. The steps have to be performed during the initial setup process. If you have already set up the microwave we would advise unplugging it for 5 minutes and perform the initial setup when you plug it back in. Hope this helps! - S
