Can you turn the sound off? null

Hello and thank you for your question! You can turn off the beep sound by pressing Start once, then pressing Timer (More) to cycle between Beep On and Beep off and then press Stop/Reset to confirm your choice. These steps have to be performed during the initial setup process. We would advise unplugging the microwave for 5 minutes and perform the initial setup when you plug it back in. Hope this helps! - S
