“When a cooking cycle complete, I have to press "Stop/Reset" once to unlock the numerical keypad to enter new cooking instructions. IS THIS NORMAL? The keypad seems to unlock on its own after several minutes. Both child keypad & door lock are disabled.”

Mine does this as well, I hate it so much. The cooking is done, why do I have to tell the microwave to cancel anything?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed this too, but I haven't found it a problem, and if I am not using it for a bit, it has reset itself anyway. If it is on, I simply push stop and it resets.

One press temporarily of the stop/reset button stops the cooking process. Another tap cancels all your instructions. The instructions can be cancelled during and after cooking.
