This isn't really a question, but cool story bro? We've had ours for a little over a month. It sees daily use and we have not any issues with the door latch.

Please try again later.my first one latch, never worked right . we had bought the two year replacement. when they replace it we bought the two year again. this one was great from the first open and shut. stay on em til they fix it. I suggest next one you buy you get the replacement package with it. worth the extra just for the hassle.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I fortunately don't have that problem. The experts at BestBuy will hopefully help you. Maybe it's an inside defect that continues to make the door latch break and possibly is still covered by your warranty. Good luck.
