“If I turn the player off in the middle of a movie and come back later to finish the movie does it start where i left off”

• Not sure if there is a “resume” function that lets you pick restart or continue, but in the past it might depend on the particular disc or which company published it or how modern the copy, so it’s possible that this machine has this functionality but only in some cases. Disappointing that there is no HDMI cable!

• I only tried a DVD and it did not resume play but started at the beginning of the DVD.
