“I see return period is only 15 days. Not long to see if product is defective. What is the manufacturer warranty? I see it's one year but if product breaks after 15 days do I have to pay shipping to manufacturer or is there a nearby service center.”

Good luck getting any proper customer service from Panasonic unless you enjoy "chat" sessions that waste a lot of time and get you no real help. Panasonic hides their telephone numbers at all costs. Even the phone number given to me by a Geek Squad rep and verified by a chat bot did not work. Even Verizon could not connect for me.
