“evertime I try to play a wb movie like the exorcist ,dune ,2001 ,on 4k disk it said the disk is incomparable I have clean the disk , and charge the hdmi cable and still the same thing can some one please help”

Do you have a 4K TV? And are the movies available with 4K? If not then it will not play in 4K as they are not formatted for 4K. Just because the player is a 4K player doesn’t mean everything can play in 4K.
