• I hope you’re joking. This is a 4K blu ray player not a dvr. You need a dvd recorder and I’m not even sure you can find those anymore. As far as cable recording goes just know most tv channels are copyrighted anymore and you won’t be able to record most broadcasts without some kind of aftermarket descrambler and those are frowned upon so you won’t be finding one at Best Buy. Remember this is just a 4K blu ray player. It does work really well for that tho if you wanted that.
