Won’t play dvd null

Did you check the DVD for scratches or fingerprints? Did you check this DVD on another player? Did you check a different DVD in this player? Do blu-rays play on this player? Now that you've done these tests, if still having a problem then return the unit if you can. Did you contact Panasonic support? I've had this same player for just a few weeks & so far works flawlessly.
